Handmade pasta with Appalachian roots.

Appalachian Pasta Co. was created from a love of handmade food, quiet craft, and the simple joy of sharing something fresh at the table.

Inspired by Italian pasta traditions and the seasonal character of Appalachia, each batch is made with care, intention, and respect for good ingredients.

What begins at local markets may grow over time into pasta kits, sauces, classes, pop-ups, and prepared dishes — but the heart of the work will stay the same.
